By accessing and using the services of Big Mike's Pet Sitting ("we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Big Mike's Pet Sitting provides professional pet feeding and watering services for various types of animals including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, fish, and ferrets within a 30-mile radius of Elizabethtown, PA 17022.

Services are subject to availability and may be refused at our discretion based on animal type, health concerns, or safety considerations.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• All services must be booked in advance by contacting us at (223) 221-1872
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments with reasonable notice
• Client must provide accurate information about their pets including health status, behavioral issues, and feeding requirements
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to cancellation fees

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon when booking services
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, check, and other payment methods as agreed upon
• Late payments may result in suspension of future services

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pets
• Ensure all pets are up-to-date on vaccinations (if applicable)
• Inform us of any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs
• Provide adequate supplies of pet food and necessary equipment
• Ensure safe access to your property and pets
• Notify us immediately of any changes to pet health or behavior

6. Liability and Insurance

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets:

• We are not liable for injuries or incidents resulting from pre-existing health conditions, behavioral issues not disclosed to us, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• In case of pet emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and seek veterinary care if necessary
• You agree to be responsible for all veterinary costs incurred during our care
• We are not responsible for property damage caused by your pets

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather, emergency, or safety concerns
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Service Area

Our services are available within a 30-mile radius of Elizabethtown, PA 17022. Locations outside this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional travel fees.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Mike's Pet Sitting from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your pets' actions.
