Free Meet & Greet

No charge. Mike meets you and your pets before the first paid visit.

Last-Minute Booking

Fewer than 24 hours before start - $10 or 25% of booking total, whichever is greater. Non-refundable. If a last-minute booking is also cancelled, only this fee applies.

Cancellations & Refunds

24+ hours before: Full refund.
Fewer than 24 hours: $10 or 25% of booking total, whichever is greater.
After booking begins: Non-refundable. Early returns don't reduce the rate.
If Mike cancels: Full refund, as much notice as possible.

Home Access

Clients are responsible for providing reliable access (key, code, or lockbox) before the booking begins.

Pricing Questions

Do you charge extra for weekends?

No. Standard rates apply every day of the week. The only surcharge is on the listed holidays.

What counts as a 'last-minute booking'?

Any booking that starts fewer than 24 hours after you request it. The fee is $10 or 25% of your booking total, whichever is greater. It's non-refundable, and if you also cancel, no separate cancellation fee applies - just the one fee.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 or more hours before your booking starts and you get a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours and the fee is $10 or 25% of the booking total, whichever is greater. Once a booking has started, it's non-refundable - coming home early doesn't change the rate. If I have to cancel for any reason, you get a full refund and I'll give you as much notice as I can.

Is medication administration really included?

Yes, always. Pills, liquids, eye drops, insulin - whatever your pet needs. Never an add-on charge.

How does the extra pet fee work?

For short visits it's $10 per booking. For hourly, daytime, overnight, and 24-hour care it's $10 per day. A couple pets is totally normal and no extra charge - the fee is really for larger groups. We'll figure out what makes sense for your situation when you reach out.

What if I need care longer than 11 hours but less than a full day?

The daytime package covers up to 12 hours (7 AM–7 PM) for $170. If you need something outside that window, extensions are $15/hr. Call me and we'll work out exactly what fits your schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App. Payment is due at the time of service or at the end of a booking period for longer stays.
